THE PRACTICE

A close eye.
An open mind.

An interior design firm in Hong Kong, connecting local project needs with experience across the region.

Material, light and the spaces between.

A space should feel
like it belongs.

To its setting. To its purpose. To the people who spend their day there. Our work starts with those relationships and follows them through plans, material samples, furniture and the details of installation.

In Hong Kong, that means being precise about light, storage, privacy and the way a room works at different times. For a business, it also means understanding the customer journey and what the operator needs behind the scenes.

HOW WE WORK
01

Understand

The brief, the property and the decisions that matter. We identify the constraints before setting the direction.

02

Develop

Plans, materials, lighting and furniture are reviewed together, with clear points for client decisions.

03

Coordinate

The agreed packages, specialists and procurement are coordinated around the design intent and programme.

04

Complete

Review installation, record outstanding items and prepare the agreed handover information.

WORKING TOGETHER

Clarity is part
of the design.

A well-resolved interior needs more than a visual direction. These are the decisions we put on the table when defining your project appointment.

A brief with priorities

Start with the plan, intended use, budget range and timing. The proposal should identify what matters most, what needs a survey and who will make decisions.

A scope you can compare

Agree the drawing packages, specifications, procurement responsibilities and exclusions. Review material samples alongside cost and lead-time implications before approval.

Decisions kept visible

For appointed coordination services, use a shared programme and drawing register. Record changes with their cost and timing implications before authorising them.

A defined handover

Agree inspection, outstanding-item tracking and the handover documents within the appointment. Contractor and specialist responsibilities should be clear from the beginning.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

A few useful
answers.

What kinds of projects do you take on?

We work across private residences, hotels, restaurants, retail and workplaces. Share the property, intended use and scope so we can discuss the appropriate team and appointment.

Can you manage both design and delivery?

Design, technical coordination, procurement and project management can be combined within an agreed appointment. We set out who is responsible for each package before work begins.

Can we work together while I am overseas?

Yes. We can arrange scheduled video reviews, a shared drawing set and a decision log. Site access and a local contact should be agreed at the beginning.

How are design decisions made?

We compare options against the brief: use, circulation, light, materials, maintenance and budget. Plans and samples make the discussion concrete before fabrication or installation.
